Pantothenic acid

Pantothenic acid, also called vitamin B5, is a water-soluble organic compound required to synthesize coenzyme-A (CoA), as well as to synthesize and metabolize proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. It is found in a wide range of plant and animal products.
